The Evansville- Vanderburgh Airport Authority’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBEP) is established in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) rule, 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 26, in carrying out the DBEP. It is the policy of the Airport Authority to ensure that DBE-certified companies, as defined in 49 CFR Part 26, have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in DOT-assisted contracts. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal for Construction Projects

The Evansville-Vanderburgh Airport Authority District hereby announces its fiscal year 2017, 2018 & 2019 overall goal of 6.94% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) airport construction projects. The proposed goals and rationale is available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Evansville Regional Airport, Administration office, 7801 Bussing Dr., Evansville, IN 47725 for 30 days from the date of this publication.

Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal for Non-Rental Cars

The Evansville-Vanderburgh Airport Authority District hereby announces its fiscal year 2020, 2021, and 2022 overall goal of 48.91% for Non-Car Rentals for the Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program. The proposed goal and rationale is available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Evansville Regional Airport, Administration office, 7801 Bussing Dr., Evansville, IN 47725 for 30 days from the date of this publication.

Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal for Rental Cars

The Evansville-Vanderburgh Airport Authority District hereby announces its fiscal year 2020, 2021, and 2022 overall goal of 11.04% for Car Rentals for the Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program. The proposed goal and rationale is available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at the Evansville Regional Airport, Administration office, 7801 Bussing Dr., Evansville, IN 47725 for 30 days from the date of this publication.
