FORT WORTH, TEXAS – American Airlines is celebrating another customer service victory in Evansville, Indiana this week as the airline announced its Evansville Regional Airport (EVV) team is among the top domestic airports to be honored for outstanding customer experience during the last quarter of 2024. The program, called the Customer Cup, recognizes winners across the airline each quarter.
The Customer Cup award honors airport teams for their performance in serving customers at the airport across primary customer touch points like on-time performance and customer feedback. Evansville, which is operated by Envoy Air, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group, was awarded the Customer Cup for the second time in 2024.
“The American Airlines Customer Cup program recognizes the best performing airports across American’s global network,” said Envoy Senior Vice President, Customer Services, John Jaynes. “We’re pleased to recognize team EVV for their achievements in the fourth quarter of 2024. This win wouldn’t be possible without a continued strong partnership between the Envoy team, Evansville Regional Airport and our airport colleagues, such as those at the TSA. This is another great win for customers who travel on American at EVV.”
A Customer Cup celebration took place on Monday at Evansville Regional Airport to recognize the team.
