“Today marks another exciting milestone for Evansville Regional Airport as Allegiant officially begins nonstop service to Orlando,” said Leslie Fella, director of marketing and air service, Evansville Regional Airport. “The Orlando area is a top destination for travelers within our market, so we are thrilled that these nonstop flights will provide more travel options to easily and economically take our passengers where they want to go.”
“We are pleased to have Allegiant in Evansville, and we appreciate the confidence that they have in our communities and airport,” said Doug Joest, executive director, Evansville Regional Airport. “We look forward to a continued successful partnership with Allegiant, and we encourage the community to help us by welcoming and supporting the new service to Orlando so that Allegiant can thrive in Evansville.”
Allegiant’s innovative business model has allowed it to grow from one plane and one route to offering access to low-cost flights in over 100 cities nationwide, more than any other domestic low-cost carrier. Allegiant passengers can enjoy unique savings by bundling their air, hotel, car and even activity and attraction reservations together for less.
